Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the UMMRO AI safety audit platform operated by UMMRO Security FZE ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

UMMRO provides AI safety auditing services that help organizations test their AI models against various security and safety scenarios. Our services include:

  • Automated security testing of AI models
  • Compliance assessment (EU AI Act, NIST, etc.)
  • Comprehensive audit reports
  • Training and certification programs (CART)
  • API access for continuous monitoring

3. Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
  • Restricting access to your computer and account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • To test AI systems you do not own or have explicit authorization to test
  • To conduct any activity that violates applicable laws
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • To harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information
  • To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • To engage in any activity that could harm minors

5. AI Model Testing Authorization

By using our Service to test AI models, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have explicit written authorization to test the target AI models
  • The testing complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You have the legal right to grant us the necessary permissions to conduct the tests
  • You will not use our Service to test third-party systems without authorization ("unauthorized penetration testing")

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of UMMRO Security FZE and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6.3 Audit Reports

Audit reports generated through our Service are licensed to you for internal use within your organization. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly display these reports without our prior written consent, except as required by law or regulatory compliance.

7. Payment Terms

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis or as one-time purchases. You agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Keep your payment information up to date
  • Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UMMRO Security FZE, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

UMMRO does not warrant that:

  • The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
  • The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UMMRO Security FZE and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

  • Your use and access of the Service
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
  • Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
